great advice! too many folks like yoga teachers advocate excessive stretching of the spine that puts many at risk of injury!

True.. Same mistake i was doing.. Now started strengthening exercises. How to do (target )piriformis muscle strengthening alone. Specific exercises.. Please guide. Thanks.. And SIT bone pain...what to do. hamstring tight. But if i stretch hamstring more spasm like hamstring tendinopathy.
