Nice video's. Many painters fail to fully understand surface prep, product specs, application theory. Just going with loxon xp because its a masonary paint can be a fail if there is no moisture issue. You seal and prevent breathability of the brick or stone. This can lead to problems if the only reason to paint was an unsightly color. Pottasium silicate materials are far more appropriate and superior for color changes (romabio e.t.c.) when no moisture issues exist. If moisture issue are present, loxon xp is the answer and superior. Simply going with the industry standard approach (loxon xp) without weighing in the conditions and factors will set your customers up for a problem in the long run. Context.......

So loxon xp is applied to the exterior then it is painted over? Or is the loxon xp mixed with ur desired color and then applied to a surface??
