Agents who actually sell real estate can take advantage of two models. 100% split with a $500 per file fee that caps at 5k or 80/20 RevShare Partner at a $15k cap. $195 transaction fee on every deal. The eXp agents who try to make it sound like the average agent (especially in this current market) can easily have 6 producing agents within a few months and sell 10 homes per year are selling you a pipe dream. Most agents don't have time to do both. Having a gold mine downline is not as easy as they say it is and that's why eXp agents are flocking over to LPT Realty. Thank you for the explanation of LPT's business model. Are you currently pursuing Revenue Share? I'm happy to hear you're satisfied with the brokerage so far, I have noticed that many agents come to lpt and then switch to exp, for whatever reason. It seems like revenue share is the primary complaint, as exp technically "can" pay more than lpt, especially since agents who work under you, don't contribute much to your revenue share if they're a business builder. What are your thoughts on the revenue share potential at lpt?

Hi Jacob, thank you for your comment! The opportunity in my opinion is better at LPT to earn revshare as we're a newer company doing innovative things to help agents sell real estate since we're a real estate brokerage. Many agents who come to eXp are joining under influencers and the competition is fierce. And I don't believe it's something that happens overnight at either brokerage. Ultimately we are a real estate first company, and that's why these influencers/recruiters don't like our model. We'd love to dive deeper with you if you'd like.

Do you guys focus on cold calling? My brokerage dosent really do that and I’m taking it into my own hands trying to through Mojo dialer but I keep getting unlisted homes this is too fustrating for me

Andrew loves to cold call, haha! He uses RedX. I've heard Vulcan might be more accurate with numbers but if you want to learn about redx we can hop on a call :)

It is ok to shop around brokerage it does not look too. It is business not personal but could be. This business is for yourself not for others so I don’t agree that switching companies is not good.

Only 1% of clients choose their agents based on brokerage. I do agree moving too much is a hinderance in other aspects, but it's not terrible.

$500 per transaction PLUS $195 processing fee per transaction? What doe scap at $5k means?

You only pay the $500 per file until you hit $5k within your anniversary year. $195 never goes away though.
