Mutton - 500 gm
Potatoes - 2 or 3
Onion: 2 medium
Ginger - 10- 12 cloves
Garlic - 1 inc
Green chlli - 3 pc
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder: 1 tsp (as per your taste)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt: 1/4 cup
Mustard oil: 3 Tbsp
Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon: 1" stick
Green Cardamom: 3-4
Bay leaves - 2
Salt
Sugar: 1 tsp

My all time favourite - মায়ের হাতের রান্না, আলু সহযোগে পাঁঠার মাংসের ঝোল ও গরম ভাত - বাবার সঙ্গে রবিবারের দ্বিপ্রহরে খাওয়ার কৈশর স্মৃতি। আজও উস্কে দেয় সেই সুখানুভূতি।
