Ingredients:-
500 g chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
3/4 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp garlic
Pinch of orange food colour
WHOLE SPICES:
12-15 pepper corn
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom seeds
4 green cardamom
4 cloves
1 small piece of nutmeg
1 mace
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
1 TBSP Coconut powder
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp charoli seeds
7-8 whole cashews
1 tsp heaped coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1 tomato paste
1/2 cup yogurt
3-4 tbsp fresh cream or milk cream
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 fried onions
some coriander leaves
1/2 cup oil
