This is a series of short videos where I interview people that are living the Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle and have had amazing results. The purpose is to show how this Whole Food Plant based Lifestyle can benefit everyone.
Today I interviewed Gloria. I met Gloria 7 years ago at Sac State. She told me about her wonderful recovery from Rheumatoid Arthritis. Then I ran into her again just a week ago.

Al, thank you for these inspiring and encouraging interviews. I wonder if Donna Weifert would consent to being interviewed. I see her posts on Facebook, but I’d like to know her story.

Donna has a very interesting story. She was my fifth interview. I interviewed her 04-19-2023. I published a spreadsheet that has all 31 of my interviews, and the symptoms and afflictions that the interviewees had suffered from, and survived.
