I absolutely love this farm style Toll Brother's house. Love the amenities and so many upgrades throughout. I love the large master bedroom with the sliding side door, beautiful bathroom and closet area. The kitchen and living space is lit! The landscaping in the front yard is well done. Nice backyard with a huge pool. Very impressive house with lots of wow factors. Great presentation, Chakits. :)

This is one of the best homes you've shown so far. Really like the design features and interior design. I like how it's subtle on the exterior but really hits you with its presentation when you enter. Definitely will be buying a home like this.

Interesting house style. But lets face it, with upgrades its gonna be a million dollars if not way more. Insane price! People who buy now will be hurting badly later.

Agree it's overpriced, since it starts at 811k, i bought 1m will do it, at least 1.5m ... which is kinda crazy for the area..

Vegas, seriously?? It’s 110 degrees there in the summer, home values are inflated everywhere, until a month ago nobody was working in Vegas, period, buyers of homes at these prices are going to loose their a#$....plain and simple

What a stunner of a house and garden this will be once complete. The interior designer really outdid themselves but I agree with you about an external door instead of a window and did you notice that they tiled to the ceiling in all the bathrooms, I am so bloody chuffed.. A great tour, thank you, take care and stay safe.

I like the microwave at eye level because many times you need to keep an eye on what you have in there. Especially for making hot cereal, melting butter etc. Also I'm short at 5 feet so don't like microwave over my head and I don't like bending down to look in a microwave.

Hey Chakits, thank you for the property tour. Farm house is not my style however, the contemporary interior design is on point. You can do no wrong with Toll Brothers. They have the best floor plans, designs, attention to detail and obvious quality of build. This would definitely be a second choice for home style. BTW, the lot size is phenomenal!

Farmhouse like this needs black frame windows throughout. The only place they put those is in the sales office which will get demolished when they add the garage door.

Best floorplan I like the floating cabinets and the cool mountain wall in the 4th BR. This house is well into 1.0Million range. Nice Farmhouse design.

Love this home, but there a few things that need to be changed. The master bathroom needs a makeup vanity. And the master bathroom tub has the faucet on the wrong end of the tub to be able to layback and watch the TV.

Chakits, love your videos. The homes you show damn near makes me want to live in Vegas! This home is impressive. The master bathroom tub's faucet should have been placed at the end where the tv is located so the owner could enjoy the tv while taking a relaxing bath.. But I guess when you've got that kind of money why not have it come from the ceiling?!😂

Does Toll brothers own everything on the West Coast? Home is very nice cabinets make it to dark for me I would have cream or white cabinets to brighten the space.
