Question: We installed a all in one Unit as loadshedding solution. When it's on Eskom lights and plugs work as needed. Then when on load shedding plugs no issue even if you test them with earth leakage tester trips when tested. But LED down lights glows very dim when switch is off. Could this be same when Neutral and earth not bonded.

can I use the dry contact to activate a contactor once the battery is fully charged and the unit is getting power from the pv panels .I does not accurately indicate it in the Manuel, or maybe I am not reading it correctly.

Hi, I have installed two SNA5000 inverters in parallel. The vendor didn't tell me that I can't change all the parameters, what should I do to be enabled for viewing and editing? If I can't change the parameters I return it, that's no good.

Good day olease advise can someone that did n'to install My inverter go into the main app or portal not just the client one to make changes it seems my installer doesn't know how to setup the bms correctly so my sna5000 with greenrich up5000 setup is cutting after an hour and a half as the bms discharge limit is 145 which is ridiculous and changing on the app I have login details for doesn't change it iv even logged into the luxpower portal thing and changed there but it doesn't see that change

Як скинути налаштування wifi інвертора? Щоб почати спочатку. Я зайшов перший раз в налаштування( з ручним налаштуванням IP), так як телефон не міг отримати IP адресу від AP інвертора. Далі через функцію додатку, я указав йому WIFI та пароль домашньої мережі. Іинвертор підключився та получив IP адресу, але коли я намагався перейти по тій адресі, то він перезапускався та активував знову AP. Я дивом зайшов на сайт налаштувань WIFI інвертора(самого модуля WIFI), та щоб він не віключався від роутера та не активував AP, я вибрав тільки режим клієента(без AP). Стало добре. Він перестав відключатися від роутера, але на сайт налаштувань інвертора так і не можу попасти... Зараз перегрузив роутер та інвертор... він відключився від WIFI, що дивно... Наразі немає звязку з інвертором зовсім. Ні через роутера, ні через AP режим модуля інвертора. Основне питання, як скинути налаштування WIFI модуля інвертора? Дякую
