材料：3条蛋豆腐、3根小米辣椒、1把咖喱叶、6勺麦片、1勺白糖、1茶勺盐、少许玉米淀粉、60克牛油
1）把豆腐切块，辣椒切圈
2）6勺麦片、1勺白糖、1茶勺盐搅均
3）热锅热油，把豆腐裹上玉米淀粉，炸至金黄色捞出
4）锅留底油加入60克牛油，融化后加入小米辣椒&咖喱叶炒香，倒入搅好的麦片翻炒，熄火后倒入炸好的豆腐快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
