This workout will tone, shape, and grow the booty at home or in the gym using just resistance/mini/loop bands! Glute activation is SO important when it comes to proper glute work. You can use this on it's own OR use it as a quick glute activation warm up before your workout.

Loved it. But would be good to know the band strength. I started in a heavy fabric band and had to stop when we got on the floor to a rubber heavy. I am strong and fit too

i haven’t done a workout in 2 years. i’ve been heavily depressed and would go weeks on end without even getting out of bed. the most active i would get was when i would manage to go to my on campus classes. i’ve made the commitment for this year to enjoy my youth and love my body. this workout is the beginning of a new journey i’m taking and i’m so happy you make beginners workouts.

Your not alone I hate leaving my house I gain a lot of weight all I want to do was sleep I would cry One day I woke up I felt disappointed of my self so I started working out back in March 2022 I have lost weight feel a little better about my self I hope you feel better

Loved how quick but effective this workout was! I feel the burn more than I do in a heavy weight booty workout. Also would love to see more ab + booty workouts! They go so well together

I LOVE this 10 minute work out. Would like to see you do the format for 20 minutes. Perfect combo of the booty band and squats, glute bridges followed by table top booty work. Love it!!!

I stumbled across MADTFIT in March of 2020 when SF was sheltered-in-place. MADFIT saved my sanity and I had abs for the first time in my life by that summer. I have been a huge fan ever since. I had never done HIIT, weights, and booty bands before the pandemic and now they can't not be in my routine. THANK YOU, Maddie, for changing my bod and giving the gift of abs!

(i am using a medium band) day one: felt good, really felt the burn in the abductors. looking forward to tomorrow! day two: oh my godddd that was so challenging but the rewarding feeling at the end of knowing you did it and pushed through was so good. definitely sore from yesterday, which means it’s working. I was in a pretty serious car accident in February. My pelvis and lower back took the blunt of the hit.(I locked my foot on the break as we appoarched impact; causing my leg,hip, and pelvis to take the impact.) It has cause me tremendous issues with pelvic and spinal alignment. Prior to the accident I had been doing yoga daily for almost 5 years. I lost nearly 70lbs. Post accident i cannot do yoga. Lateral streches pull me right out of alignment along with most of the twisting movements in yoga 😢 Ive been lost for workouts. I stumbled upon your videos this weekend. And it occured to me that this type of video may be my answer. I couldnt have picked a more targeted work for what my physical therapist wants me to do for recovery. And all without Twisting in ways my pelivs refuses too. Thank you for this. I look forward to working out with you, as I continue to build my gulte, pelivis, and abdominal strength again. ❤

Week 2 for me working out at home. I am SO HAPPY i found you on KZfaq. You challenge me to definitely get out of my comfort zone, and even dow it hurts like a bitch i don’t hate you 🤣 I cant wait to come back in a month and tell you it hurts less and that im feeling and looking better. 🥹 I literally get teary typing this because im so out of shape I embarrass myself(literally because barely anyone knows im working out). Great exercise! I'm doing this because I have groin and piriformis pain. Wish there was a video workout for booty/hips/upper thighs to target those muscles and prepare to return hiking and running. But that's already a good mix.

It hurts. It burns. I'm sore for two days after. Absolutely love this. Cannot do fire hydrants for the life of me, I'm at a quarter hydrant on my second time. Half of one next time, TRUST 💪
