She doesn't have a live band or backup singers so the backup voice is pre-recorded (instead of backup singers) and she sings the chorus together with it. At 1:14 when the verses start you can see that it's not lip-syched. However she fully lip-synchs "Erotica" and "Justify my Love" - probably because it's mainly spoken.

She had such a great sense of humor about it. I saw this tour July 9, 2024 in Boston & during my show she had an incident and they had to come fix something on her. I don’t remember what it was and she started laughing during that too The younger Madonna would’ve been furious if there was any mistakes in the show but you can see what a great sense of humor she has now, and she never stop singing

To her credit she was actually singing. She forgot to grab the microphone one night and thr song started but there were no lyrics until she ran across the stage to grab it. I attended 2 shows and 1 I was right at the stage and could hear her singing into the mic. I seriously don't know why people continue to say she lip syncs.

I was there! The dancer fell and Madonna rolled over and kept the show going. With a little laughter!! A true QUEEN! The show must go on! An incredible show, this little accident is called "life" and things happen. A true performer, gets right back up!!

She knew the other one dropped her. And if she refused the assistance because she thought it was him attempting to help her, that was still wrong and rude. She's using more "tricks of the trade" or whatever but I don't care. She's still an incredibly important figure in the world of music and culture and MY world. She's a living legend. I'll never understand why people want to tear her down. She's done so much good in this world. She's just having fun now as she should. She's not doing it for the money. The first time I saw the dancer drag her down the stage wearing high heels I was so impressed, doing that in heels!! Then seeing the chair drag from other angles I wondered about safety and was looking for some sort of wheels or anti-tipping device. This answers my question, the safety was practice and sometimes the acrobatics don't go to plan but no one looked hurt so a fun time had by all. I love her infectious laugh, the real one.
