This remains my go-to tutorial for dumpling folding. I have memory loss and just can't seem to keep it more than a few days but I can just watch a few minutes here and suddenly i can fold dumplings at speed once again next time i make them. Thank you!

Best dumpling tutorial ever. Slow and steady hands. And showing the difficulty on each type. And slowing down at the most difficult part just so the viewer understand how to make that shape.
