I'm making this for my soon-to-be 3 yo granddaughter. I had four pairs of rhombus/triangle pairs left over so I made them into separate blocks. I will applique the four letters of her name on the top faces of the blocks and applique the blocks to the backing. Happy birthday Lucy.

wow wow wow, tumbling blocks have been a mystery to me, looked much to hard but you just broke the glass bubble....I'm ordering a Rhombus cube tonight....and some fabric of course. Thanks a million Super Jenny....

I've been searching for so long for a quilt idea for my son when he leaves home next year for college. He's math and science minded and loves red, gray, and black. I can't believe how PERFECT this quilt would be for him!! How incredibly clever this is. Thanks for another awesome tutorial!

I just finished this Rhombus Cube quilt top for my grandson. Using the Rhombus template and this tutorial made this easy. What amazes me is that the pattern looks completely different, depending on the angle from which you view it. Thanks so much for talking me through this quiltl, Jenny.

Thank you. I've wanted to make one of these for a long time. Others have tried to take the Y out of it but , for me they made it more did difficult. This is just great. Ordered my rombus today. Will be making more than one. Love, love, love.

Great to see an easy way of doing this quilt. I have always loved the tumbling block quilt but always done English paper piecing by hand. Template is a must have.👍🇦🇺

I too would like to see a baby size quilt using the rhombus template. I ordered when it was the Daily Deal and I couldn't remember why I got it. NOW I REMEMBER. By the way I loved the cruise. Now I just have to make my way to Hamilton like Suzette. Thanks again for making quilting so much fun.

I knew I should have purchased the Rombus ( it was a smaller template I think ) when it was MSQC's Daily Deal a few days ago ! Jenny & Girls you have done it again. This would be an awesome quilt to give a child or a grandchild going away to college ! Love your color selection too.It's just amazing how you "reel" me in each and every week.....You couldn't possibly know how LONG my list of " Jenny's" Tutorials To Make is, not to mention the other neat projects over the years that Jenny has shown as well....I am always thrilled when Friday (early am ) comes around ! I have loved this pattern for over 40 years! I even started to make it once, but chickened out because of those awful "Y" seams! When I saw the rhombus template, I bought it right away just so I could make this much loved block. All I have to decide on now are the colors! Thank You so much for an EASY way to make this quilt!

I feel like I am coming in late. But I have fallen in love with MSQ and the people who make it possible. The templets are a wonderful thing. I have way too many now but love them all. Thank you for teaching us that it is never too late to learn something new.

I bought the Rhombus ruler when it was on the daily deal. Looked for the demo and was sad not to see it. I had the pattern in the BLOCK magazine I recieve....but I learn much better seeing it done.....Thank you soooo much for doing the demo........so many ways to put it together..........I have made my first as a toddler/baby quilt with solids for the sides but the I SPY fabric for the tops.......fun fun fun

I have made my first quilt in tumbling blocks with my grandma. it was precut kit and had trouble with it not cut correctly. Will be doing this as now I see you have a easy template to do it. It was in Rose color with dark , med and light. Background was bright green as I was thinking rose with green. I loved it and wanted to make another one and now watching you I have learned and improved my quilting skills since my grandma is not around anymore.

Looks like Q*bert video game from the 80's. I crocheted this pattern a couple of years ago for my mother for Christmas. I used light blue, medium blue, and dark blue. It turned out wonderful.
