I just made this it was very good thank you! The only thing that you have to remember is if you’re doing cornstarch instead of flour you have to mix that in the cold milk or cold water separately before you add it in. You cannot put cornstarch in a hot liquid or it will congeal. Also, I used 1/2 a cup of sugar instead of 1 cup and it was still very sweet so just a heads up. Otherwise super happy you shared this recipe…much better than any mix I’ve ever tried!

I have been LOVING the chocolate pudding. Flour tastes so much better than corn starch. I have been using whole wheat flour which gives the flavour a real nice fullness. Also I’m out of vanilla extract so using almond - it’s great lol

Just made it! Personally its too sweet for me 😬 I’ll halve the sugar next time. But otherwise the texture and flavor is divine! Will see how thick it gets once cool. Also: thank you so much for a corn-starch free pudding! My stomach doesn’t do well with corn starch 🤢
