Thanks! It's a really cheap box cutter from the dollar store. What's important is that you sharpen your blades frequently.

I would love to make Aragorn's sword! I had it on my list for a while so maybe I'll get to do it early next year.

Do you got any tips to make it thicker and more durable for larp use?

You could make the shield 20mm thick by stacking 10mm foam, or by using gym mats. I would recommend adding thickness behind the shield where the straps are to better absorb hits.
