Hi friends, happy Monday!
They called him the Dating Game Killer, but should he really be the Photography Killer? Or maybe the Getaway Man, because somehow this doofus was always getting away. Plus since they didn’t have the tech we have now, will we ever actually know how many he really did kill?
Also, let me know who you want me to talk about next time. Hope you have a great rest of your week, make good choices and I'll be seeing you very soon.

Because it’s a criminal system not a justice system - it’s there to protect the rights of the accused who had the right to face their accuser … aka they get to relive the crime. It’s all for the criminal. Nothing in the courts is for the victim they only get tortured in the process and then each time the accused is brought up for parole. It’s a demonic system

When I was a kid, I had a "coded" phrase established with my parents. I was told to never get into the car with someone unless they could tell me that coded phrase. Even if they said they knew my parents, I still was required to ask for the phrase. Highly recommend this to all people with kiddos!

My mom was picked up by Rodney when she was hitch hiking in 1976. If you google “Rodney Alcala girl in orange bikini” that’s her. He took her pictures in Topanga Canyon and got them a hotel room to sleep in for the night. She started to get creeper vibes from him, so she told him she would hang back while he went to get them food. While he was gone, she took off and got away from him. Also, while they were in the canyon, he kept trying to get her to go further into the canyon. She convinced him to stay where they were because the lighting was better. In reality, she wanted to stay where people could see them because she had a feeling he might’ve tried to hurt her if they went further down.

The thing that kept occurring to me, throughout this video, is how many parallels I see between him and Ted Bundy. Smart, charismatic, great smile, super creep, could talk his way into or out of anything. The way he spanned the nation. The cockiness, the escapism, even the way he represented himself, as though he would do a better job than actual lawyers. Didn't even have a really fuhked up childhood. Idk. I don't have a point, other than that his story reminded me a lot of Ted Bundy.

A year or so there was a car found trying to abduct kids from my kids school. I talked to my kids about the dangers of strangers and I said to my daughter (preteen nightmare) "if someone says "I know your mum and she's asked me to get you" what do you say" and she's like "I'd tell them my mum dosnt have friends and I'd run away'. 😂

My mom grew up in LA in the 70s. She used to walk to school just like Tali. When my mom was around 9 and going home from school, some teenage boys beat her up so bad they broke her neck. She’s okay now, but she said her neck still bothers her to this day. The 70s really were a wild time, and they taught everyone to be so much more cautious.

The 70's were full of creepy dudes. I remember a strange man following me and a friend at the park. He was carrying a small duffle bag, and had no children. We had no idea the evil that was out there back then.

I was 14 in 1977 and lived in Los Angeles. Wild times, believe me. The person that approached the girls on the beach while Rodney was taking pictures of them was actually their neighbor. The girls lived just a couple of blocks from the beach. The neighbor saw them, and came over and asked if the girls were ok. Rodney took off running immediately. So it's possible that no one would have approached them if the neighbor hadn't seen these girls she knew with Rodney.

The way he changed in personality sounds like a head trauma to me. The fact that his mom noticed something different and the army giving him that honorable discharge even though he clearly shouldn't have gotten one if he went AWOL. I wonder if the army was trying to cover something up and make him not their problem anymore. Like Bailey said, he didn't seem to have the tortured childhood others had. Our brains are so interestingly weird.
