Why don't you use heat shrink tubing to seal the electrical connections instead of hot glue.

That is one hell of a night light! The crack looks like a wave. Very cool! Until now I always assumed that the heat was a byproduct of using the pressure pot.

if you do an amber color version you could put in some plant fragments, maybe some (ethically found) bugs, and make it look like a giant hunk of actual amber :D

When I was little I was terrified of the dark and couldn't fall asleep. My father didn't allow us to have nightlights. If I'd had this my mental health would be a hundred times better today.
