I've found that, when I'm in unfamiliar territory, have a lot of work to accomplish, have a multitask, or make a mistake, I'm more apt to because anxious which creates more mistakes and slows me down considerably! I'm trying to relax as I go about my workday which is much easier said than done!🤸😜

Always so comforting to know that the marketing professionals make mistakes, too! They're human! I absolutely agree with not going overboard with apologizing----yes, apologize and say you'll do better (and indeed do better), but often, KZfaqrs take "hours" apologizing for a fairly simple mistake or missed post or incorrect link, such that I stop watching/listening. Thanks for very helpful post!
