Today, I made cream puffs that is perfect to eat in hot weather like these days!
Making choux itself can be done without much difficulty as long as you stir-fry it well in a pot.
Making cream is a bit cumbersome, but if you make it and try it, you won't regret it. 😊
For cream, you can whip only whipped cream and add it, but many people make it by mixing custard cream. It's much tastier.
It's a really good proportion of cream. 👍
I made it with 3 flavors, but you can omit the chocolate coating. It was made for visual purposes, so it doesn't matter if you omit it!
Be sure to make choux with plenty of cream, a dessert that is good to eat on a hot summer day!
■ Three flavor cream puffs ■
▶Ingredients ◀ About 30 pieces in total, 10 each of basic, chocolate, and matcha
Preheat to 392℉ (200℃), bake at 374℉ (190℃) for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 338℉ (170℃) and bake for another 10-11 minutes.

80g milk
1.5gof salt (after weighing 1g+1g, add half)
75g unsalted butter
90g cake flour
150g eggs

65g egg yolk
75g sugar
2g vanilla extract
22g cake flour
230g milk
✏ Basic cream puffs
160g heavy cream
16g sugar
✏ Chocolate cream puffs
60g heavy cream
Dark Coverture Chocolate 50g
100g heavy cream
10g sugar
✏ Matcha cream puffs
160gheavy cream
4g matcha powder
25g sugar
✏ Others (can be omitted)
100g milk coated chocolate
100g white coated chocolate
