She was studying criminal justice at Georgia Military College with plans to work in law enforcement. The fiancé of Newnan mother Tiffany Foster has been indicted on 10 charges, including malice murder, in connection to her 2021 disappearance and subsequent death, according to records from the Superior Court of Coweta County. Investigators previously said Foster's body had not been recovered, but the evidence collected in the case confirmed the mother was presumed dead. She had been missing for more than two years.
