Mam, I,m a great admirer of your videos. Earlier also I,d sent my comments regarding anxiety andpanic attacks. I do yogic breathing, chandrabedi anulom vilom, nadishuddhi, Brahmari and Om udheeth. Noon I do ujjai pranayam. Pls suggest. I like your videos, great explanation and easy to understand. Hope you will respond this.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Public comment. Great message to devotees. Continue Great work. In a global plandamic create stress. Building your immune system and blood count and ph levels is vital. Eating healthy foods and nutrition daily and exercise daily helps. Sun light and breeding exercise daily. Avoid stress by doing meditation and yoga daily. ❤

Good point of view for people who are free from stress. But most of us are finding difficulty in managing inner emotions and feelings when there is a deadline or when things happen in a different way than expected.
