After reading the full interview of Ole Gunner Solskjaer, one thing is very clear. The toxic environment that Ten Hag needs to deal with and at the same time give his best in terms of football tactics for every match, it's really not an easy job for any manager in this world to do. The respect I have for Ten Hag grew much bigger after reading Ole's comments on players creating such a toxic place at the core of our club. Personally for me, if Ten Hag fails in this clean-up, I do not see any other manager who can pick this job and do better than him. People comparing Ten Hag to Pep must be joking. Pep before joning City, the club already won Premier League and went to UCL semi finals with Pelligrini. Also, Pep joined City when the new million dollars owners bought the club. My sincere request to all Utd fans is that let's support Ten Hag with the tough time he is facing. He changed the club in his first season. It looks like to me, those toxic Utd players want to sack Ten Hag because of his discipline and change he wants to implement at the club. Let's not push our club to become a second Chelsea in EPL. The fanbase creates much impact. Back the Manager. Beloved United shall never die ❤️

one of the reasons the fans turned against Ole was his "delusion", everybody said McFred and Maguire would get him fired. Yet in his post-match interviews, he said "I think we played very well, and if we took our chances the game would have been different" Sounds familiar? Because ETH is doing the same. Against all the teams United lost against "We played well in the first 20 mins, if we took our chances..." 1. It's a 90 min game and if you play well for only 25% of it, then you are 75% more likely to concede 2. The game against Forest, they scored in the 2 goals within the first 4 minutes!!! 3. Many fans have been complaining about Trashford and Bruno, yet he continues to pick Trashford, who is just lazy and selfish 4. Against Bayern, "we missed chances...",. Well so did Bayern, they missed 4! and never looked worried.

Amrabat must take on a pivotal role in the team's defence so Casemiro can concentrate solely on the build-up. Mason Mount's signing, on the other hand, doesn't seem to address any particular areas of concern. On the other hand, the compact tactics used by ETH (either 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-2-2-2) are really demanding on stamina. It's no surprise that recent losses have shown us many players cannot keep up with the tactics for a full 45 minutes. In fact, things tend to break down after just 20 minutes of play. At this point, we can only hope that the young players on the team (like Hannibal, Garnacho, Mainoo, Pellistri, and other young players) will step up and help make the necessary changes. More younger players as the starting XI could be an exciting experiment. 😊😊

@farhadchaudhry7 ай бұрын
On mentality, there are a lot of different things playing at the same time. Yes, the club needs a psychology department. But also a player support department. Too many players are left alone. Yes they make a lot of money. But they don't have the required support networks that young adults need. But they also need a stick. The academy needs to be good enough to tell all 25 players they can be replaced if need be. And the Glazers need to understand if that happens, the club may not get top4. Then the player power goes away. And the physio department needs to ensure players are physically well conditioned to handle a season. So this is a problem at every level for the club. Requiring open heart surgery as Rangnick said.

My perspective differs from yours. A successful team is established when the manager is granted complete authority to make decisions. It's worth noting that Arsenal's performance during Arteta's first two seasons as manager was disappointing, finishing in 8th place both times. Arteta's management was also met with challenges from players like Mesut Ozil and Aubameyang, which caused a negative reaction from fans then. It comes as no shock that Arsenal has achieved great success under Arteta's leadership, as he was given the crucial task of constructing the team. Many teams have encountered similar hurdles when a new manager takes charge. Still, as long as the manager is granted complete trust and authority to construct the team, favourable outcomes are bound to follow. The question now is, will the Glazer give the key to ETH? 😢😢

If every player in the team - Keeper, defender, midfielder, or forward - played with his heart and soul like the crrent Captain, how can we lose. The mentality of every player is what finally gives the team the edge over others. I would like to think that ETH, back room staff and the hierarchy at United would be able to identify the issues that cause the players to under perform and provide solutions. Afterall, if the club sinks then so will their jobs. I agree that it isn't an ability issue, it is a mental / will issue. They give up too easily and crumble under the slightest bit of pressure. I respect your analysis. Once again you hit the nail on the head. I agree with you in many ways. I like this manager. He is good for this club. My humble opinion, I disagree with Erik ten Hag in his transition tactics. It could be that he doesn’t have the correct pieces to complete the puzzle. It could be that players aren’t willing to sacrifice for each other. Simply, he doesn’t have the correct personnel to competently illustrate and adapt to multidimensional play style. Accurate in-depth game scouting reports on every starting 11 in the Premier League including our own is mandatory. Erik ten Hag is not only the seed, hopefully he is an experienced farmer that should have treatments for the toxic soil and convert it to non hazardous. Eliminating leaching bacteria that contaminates like a plague. Sometimes you’re going to have to find help from machines(Scouts)(Jordan Peterson type individuals) to dig up the toxic soil and dispose of it correctly with consideration for others. Helping implement new techniques for personal and psychological prosperity. Destroying poor standards is crucial. Creating admirable habits. Leading by example and having accountability for our actions greatly improves our surroundings. Awareness and mature decision making is important. In conclusion, That’s where leadership is necessary and crucial from experienced champions to help initiate a world class philosophy and determination to succeed mentality. Keep up the great work!

In preseason we played without a striker, sancho was used as a striker... mainoo was used to balance midfield as well... So ETH is struggling to maintain a tactics cos losing one player pushes him to change... Get the players the coach needs on tym, give him tym to galvanize his team and tactics He did magic last season that papered the cracks which were evident away to Liverpool and big teams... I really hope he does close to that again
