We’re going to start the manifesting love series with my seven basic rules for attracting love.
These seven steps will help you find the love of your life, your soul mate, get back your ex, find someone new, or remind you that you should be the love of your life. And a note, this process can be done to an existing relationship as well. I used it in my current relationship, and I tell you how at the end of the video.
How to Manifest Real Love
STEP #1 (1:31) Write down everything you love about yourself and everything you believe you have to give in a relationship.
STEP #2 (2:10) Raise your vibration by closing your eyes and feeling the way you want to feel when you have that person in your life - confident, secure, steady, happy, comfortable, content, accomplished, harmonious.
STEP #3 (3:24) Now, write down a list of everything you would want your ideal relationship to be like. You can write things like, “we make each other laugh. We have common interests. He exposes me to new experiences. She loves my mother. We are affectionate. We are honest and loyal.” Keep writing that list for as long as it feels good, and as long as you follow the rules step by step, you are in the process of creating.
STEP #4 (4:26) Review the list of things you want in a relationship and the list of qualities you believe you bring in to the relationship. If those lists are compatible, you are ready and open for love and it is coming to find you. S
STEP#5 (5:02) If the lists aren’t compatible, for example, you wrote down that your perfect relationship is spontaneous and adventurous, but you yourself aren’t spontaneous or adventurous, it’s time to work on yourself. In essence, you should become your own soul mate.
STEP #6 (6:05) Stop thinking in a state of lack. When we think about how we don’t have something, we’ll just get more of that lack, because you are focusing on not having it. Don’t focus on the fact that you are single, focus on everything you wrote down at the beginning, how much good you bring to the table, and how much abundance you have in your life, and more will come.
STEP#7 (7:41) Don’t wait for it or look for it, go out and live your life and believe that it’s on its way to you. Don’t wait on anyone. You want to be interesting once that person comes along, don’t you?! Open yourself up wide for new opportunities and new people.
