ਸਰ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹੁਣ ਪ੍ਰੋਬੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਚਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਫੈਕਟਰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਲਾਭਦਾਇਕ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ। ਪ੍ਰੋਬੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਹੁਣ 10300 ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਗਰੇਡ ਪੇ 4400 ਹੈ।

ਸਰ ਜੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿ ਗਰੈਜੂਏਟੀ ਡਬਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰ ਲਿਮਟ 10 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ,20 ਲੱਖ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।

Hello Sir. My father retired from Punjab government on 31.05.2018 and expired on 09.04.2021. My mother is receiving monthly family pension. We have come to know that we don't need to give any option for calculation of my father's salary and pension with factors 2.25 or 2.59. Pl give 3-4 more examples of pension revision with notional pay of different pay bands.How the pension will be fixed for pre 1-1-2006 Pensioners when there was no Grade Pay or pay bands.If an employee earned some increments before 1-1-2006 and some more increments after 1-1-2006 in pay band and grade pay and then retired after 1-1-2006 but before 31-12-2015 how his pension will be revised with notional pay formula.Further if some pensioner was getting more basic pay than the initial stage of the next higher post and on promotion to next post his pay was fixed more than initial stage of Promoted post then how his no. Of increments will be counted for calculating notional pay revision of pension under rule 5.1a w.e.f 1-1-2006. KINDLY CLARIFY WITH examples

I think it is well clear that Punjab govt is giving a factor of 2.45 and nothing more than that. Punjab govt is not giving 2.25 or 2.59 or 3.06 but only 2.45....

Please sir answer my query ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 22/02/2016 ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 10/08/2015 ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 21/02/2016 ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਅਸਧਾਰਣ ਛੁੱਟੀ (ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਤੋਂ) ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1: ਕੀ ਉਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 01/01/2016 6ਵੇਂ ਪੇਅ ਕਮੀਸ਼ਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਰੀਵਾਈਜ਼ਡ ਪੇਅ ਫਿਕਸੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ? ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2- ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸਨੂੰ 6ਵੇਂ ਪੇਅ ਕਮੀਸ਼ਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੇਅ ਫਿਕਸੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਣਯੋਗ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦੀ ਹੁਣ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਫਿਕਸ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ? ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3- ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਗਰੈਚੁਟੀ 15 ਲੱਖ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਬਣੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ 10 ਲੱਖ ਮਿਲੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ 6ਵੇਂ ਪੇਅ ਕਮੀਸ਼ਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੇਅ ਫਿਕਸੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਣਯੋਗ ਤਾਂ ਕੀ 10 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਬਣਦੀ 5 ਲੱਖ ਦੀ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਗਰੈਚੁਟੀ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ?

Dear ssa pl let me know about the old age pension which is 5% will be after 65 year but on basic pay but being part of basic pay next 5% on 70 year will be on lecturing previous basic pay at 65 age . Is it correct.

ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੈ ਜੀ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਜਨਵਰੀ 2016 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਰ ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਕੀ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਫਿਕਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇ 20 % NPA ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ?

Sat Sri akal g. Meri retirement date 31.8.2013 c pur two years extension period vich meri ACP b Mili , promotion b hoi te increment b Mili . Means saare benefits mile. After that meri retirement 31.8.2015 vich Hoi. So meri pension Di calculation 31.8.2015 hoyegi.
