1) As they have already pointed out in the comments, the processing in the factory is granite. Different machines are used than marble. Only in the beginning video you can see a marble quarry. 2) Worker safety is an option as far as we can see. Electric cables submerged in water, worn lifting ropes, they use lifting equipment like bulls at a bullfight. For hearing protection they use earplugs when protective ear muffs are recommended in these " dirty" environments. 3) the machinery used is very dirty and degraded, it is clear that there is no regular maintenance plan. 4) some of the processing steps are performed by personnel, when already for 30 years there are robots that avoid the heavy and dangerous work. --------------thanks for the video.

Нихера это не мрамор! Огневая обработка только для гранита применяется. Чешуйки гранита отказываются и поверхность становится равномерно шероховатой.

Почему пилу закручивали сначала левой резьбой, а молотком зажимали правой?

Там на станке два режущих диска, вот на валу с одной стороны левая резьба с другой правая, чтобы во время работы гайки не откручивались

Funny how they do the same "wobble the blade" as you tighten it that I do on a 8 inch saw blade.

i doubt that these slabs are exactly 2cm thick. The blades seem loosy and i didnt saw the calibrating head at the polishing machine working. It will be hard for the worker to lay them with adhesive layer.

Мы такой закупали у Китайцев, качество распила, посредственное. Отклонение по толщине, до 2 мм. По ширине/длине, до 1мм. При укладке, довольно сильно усложняет работу.

Гранит,один из дешовых сортов,по текстуре похож на наш фино-карельский и ничего особенного....🥱 Это не Житомирской и не Лалвар,а так себе....😏 Лучше спросите Собянина и его жену🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣

Это завораживает! Я из России! С камнем работал с 2005-2016 год(гранит,мрамор,кварцевый агломерат) изготовление,монтаж! Работа из камня очень красива!
