I almost completed February Challenge. Skipped the OMAD completely because it sounded like it wasn’t optimal from a nutritional perspective, and went with 20-4 instead, and only broke it the three times I visited family and they insisted I eat lunch… As for this month… Maybe some “weight” lifting every morning…
