Thanks Doctor Sklar, the fertility clinics i contactef don t ask about testosterone or Amh tests. I did Tsh test by my own initiative and then the IVF Doctor sufgested me to take Eutirox because even of 3,00 Is a normal value for thyroid exam It s not good to undergo a IVF . What do You think about the prolactine test??

Hi doctor I really love you video! I hope you see this because I really need help.... been trying to conceive since June.. am 31 years old and I got on clomid for my last cycle which was in July and I missed my period for the month of august! I went to see a doctor on the last week of august and did all my blood work and she checked my uterus and said everything was ok! And I should try another round of clomid! But my fear is I have still not seen my period and today is day 46 days late and all the test is coming back negative... what should I do next! The doctors said my ovaries are looking good! Did blood work and she said they looking good! And my husband too result came too perfect .. do you think I should just keep waiting for the period or I should try seeing the doctor again?? Please help

I will definitely be getting rid of the cleaning products. I'm going to try the castor oil packs and the massages. Those are great and based on what was said a trip to the doctor to make sure everything is the way it needs to be. So ill be trying everything 🤣😂

I donated my eggs 3 months ago and since then have not been able to get pregnant (I’ve never been pregnant before). I’m guessing I need a hormonal detox because they had me on birth control (they actually had me on double birth control at one point because the follicles kept breaking through and I still had 12 follicles even on double birth control.) my AMH was 2.2 (so very fertile) before the donation and I donated 25 eggs to 2 families. My periods have come regularly except my last 2 periods have hurt more, and I’ve bled heavier and longer. Is a detox what I actually need? Are my hormones out of balance? I took ovulation tests last month and I ovulated just fine. My cycle is 27 days and I ovulate on day 15. Also we did a home test for my husband’s sperm and he’s also fertile enough.

Half the problem is going to see a Dr and asking them for a scan or what not. If they dont think its necessary, they wont create the referral. Thats what its like in Australia with many Dr’s thinking they know whats best for me, when I know whats best for me.

Hello doc, I had a problem where I was constantly bleeding for months straight. I was prescribed norcolut by my ob-gyn, it didn't really help, as I was still bleeding constantly.. Hi again my cycles come every month Between 30 /33 days..I don’t know when I ovulated this month n I tested my progesterone on day 22 could of been to early but the levels were over 10ng/ml At a 13.2 ng/ml.. I don’t have a doctor at the moment so I need some advice plz. I always spot 5 to 7 days before my period. Could i use progesterone cream If that helps????

hi have you tried using OPK’s? you can buy them in bulk on amazon for cheap and start testing once a day when your period ends around noon and then start testing twice a day at 10am and 6pm when the line gets darker. once the line is as dark or darker than the control line you will ovulate within the next 12-36 hours. hope this helps!

I would not do it with retrieval and you should not need to do it with transfer.

Hi Dr, can a vaginal ultrasound tell you if you have any blockage of fallopian tubes? I have uterine fibroids Around my uterus. I have been cleared of any masses in the endometrium or ovarian area. No STD history. I am very regular. 28 day cycle and 7 day period like clockwork. The blood is bright red and 'Dracula' blood red lol. HI Dr Sklar, what can i do to warm my uterus? i had a failed first IVF cycle. my period only lasted for 2 days. which may be the reason for not implanting.my progesterone level is also low. any supplement i can take to thicken my uterine lining? will you advise to have a back to back IVF treatment for me even if i failed the first time and my uterus is still weak? Firstly, i would live to tell you stop thinking negative because every thing is possible. You can be a good mom very soon. The best way or you may say treatment for all uterus related problem or not getting pregnant is fertility massage with castor oil pack. After your period or on the 7th day of your period you start your fertility massage for 10 to 15 min till 14th day of you period and thn compress your lower abdomen with hot water bag where you gave massage. You will definitely get positive result from this. Every morning take green smoothie empty stomach

@@i13Rr I'm not a doctor or nurse, but I'd say your estradiol is high for the beginning of your cycle. Do you have PCOS? I have PCOS, but mine is controlled with medicine and diet/lifestyle changes. My estradiol at the beginning of my cycle is usually pretty low, around 19-23.

I think it can also mean that you have some other issue. I was spotting 3 days before my period and I found out that I had Polyps. After I removed that, I did not have the spotting anymore

You need to find methyl folate and stop folic acid just in case your body doesn’t methylated. Research MTHFR and folic acid and pregnancy. You’ll learn that folate is much better for getting pregnancy.

I took folic acid with iodine and had my period delayed for 15 days where i never been late so far. Switched to folic acid without iodine it was all good..but ttc for 5 months no results yet.

Hi Dr. Sklar, I’d like to ask if lifting heavy weights/objects and drinking a cup of coffee everyday can be a factor for difficulty to get pregnant?Thanks for you insights. 😊👍🏻

1 cup of coffee (8oz) should not be an issue. Heavy lifting should not be but may be depending on your history.

Also curious, how to tell if its like a clot or tissue and if thats bad as well? Now I'm stressed that the color is too dark and not bright red. Uhg, the pain of being a woman!

@@krisrobinson7999 The darker red blood is because it's been sitting around a little longer, It's older blood and perfectly normal and healthy. The clots are your uterine lining coming out, which is a perfectly normal part of the menstrual cycle. It can be scary but it's all perfectly normal and healthy. The brighter blood is because it's newer, darker is older, both are normal and fine.

Blood clots in your period are your uterine lining coming out. During your menstrual cycle, your uterus builds up a thick blood lining ready for an egg to implant. When no egg implants the uterine lining starts to shed. Your period blood is made up of that, blood cells, and protein, which often form clots. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you if you're having clotting on your period, it is very normal. If it's really worrying you you could talk to your doctor about it too and get a decent look at what may be going on with you.

Thank you for your help! I have spoken to my doc about it, she isn't the greatest but I'm limited where I live unfortunately. Shes very vague and wishy washy about anything I had questions about, and often negative like always coming up with the worst case scenario first. Thank you for the peace of mind! 🖤

Hi I really don't know what's going with me. I am 26yrs. I never took birth control . I am trying to get pregnant for a while am not getting getting pregnant. I have a 10 yrs child. I had two abortion like early on in my life. I don't have irregular period and normal weight. So i just dont know why am not getting pregnant

You would be surprised how much more affordable he is. I said the same thing. I have seen another Fertility Doc. Dr.Marc even has payment plans. Not every doctor will have that.

It only takes 1 to get your pregnant…. The only concerning thing would be the immobile and motility. He should perhaps go get checked out and also start taking a men’s daily vitamin supplement. Good Luck you’ve got this!!
