I must be about Mark’s age cos I remember friends hitching, and I had a crazy boyfriend who one Summer hitched across Europe with a friend going to Paris ( one night sleeping in a mini-car ( far out !! ) and another ( in Paris ) in a park out in the open ( further out !! ) , Amsterdam and Copenhagen but sent me a postcard with only my name and phone number on it saying ‘ Please deliver is possible, Thank - you ‘ and ‘ forget Istanbul - got to get home to start that new job in London ‘ He WAS bonkers, cos actually just before I met him he and a friend had won a 24 hour sponsored student hitch and made it half way across Europe before having to turn back to get back to Leicester before the 24 hours ran out !!! 😂😂🤣🤣😂😂🤷‍♀🙈😵‍💫🥳

Unha mágoa non volver a velo en vivo, mais teño a satisfaccion de telo vivido en Santiago de Compostela, e nunca o esquecerei. Estaremos atentos a tódolos albums a partir de agora. Realizei um sonho de juventude ao assistir a este verdadeiro Mágico da guitarra, o meu ídolo musical. Cumprido esse sonho, foi com pena que não ouvi dois clássicos intemporais dos extintos Dire Straits (Sultains of Swing e Brothers in Arms). Também foi mau não haver ecrã gigante que permitisse uma melhor visão a todos os que, mesmo tendo lugares "bons", não estavam nas primeiras 3 filas... Ainda assim, obrigado pela fantástica música apresentada. Voltarei a assistir caso regresse, mesmo que o Mark tenha anunciado que era a sua última visita a Portugal.
