Great episode! Question for Amy in regards to completed phases and comps for different stages on the lots being completed. With the final phase of each community typically being it's highest in final sales price. Is there a situation where a comp can't be found in the same community if for example a phase 1 versus final phase is $40,000 - $60,000 higher? Reasons why I am leasing my solar. Would take 363 months to break even against my fixed lease payment over 25 years, I will have an option to purchase the unit on the 61st month, I'm also keeping that entire solar price off my final sales price/possible property tax sales price.
