Love the shopping and food but HATE The casino. Way too close to my house and noticeably a lot more traffic in that area. I’ve only heard bad things about the casino from folks that have gone there.

I have lived in Elk Grove for 27 years and I wouldn't live anywhere else.

@@SacramentoRealEstate the community activities especially during the holidays. The Dickens Faire, festivals, all kinds of social networks for kids, families and even seniors. The community parks are beautiful, the sense of community is everything! We identify our neighborhoods in regions based on the nearest high school such as Franklin, Sheldon or Laguna region. Everybody automatically understands it.

@@SacramentoRealEstate Great information. Exactly the area I needed. We are moving there soon and coming this weekend to look for a rental. Other half got job at the Casino starting in November so leaving Las Vegas : )
