This is mostly found in Bangladesh. In Mangrove Forest Sundarban and near the area of the forest you can find this fruit easily. And the tree of that fruit also produces very sweet juice though those trees can only grow in the salty water land. So if you come to Bangladesh never miss that fruit and juice

In Vietnam, we call it “water coconut”, it’s the Southwest special, you mix it with some coconut water from a regular coconut with palm sugar and it’s delicious

One of the survival things my Dad said, was to to take the plant parts greens, fruit, seeds, juices, etc and leave them out where animals are. If you see them either eaten or avoided should give you A CLUE. It's not the ONLY way you can tell, but unless you know 100%, don't put in your mouth hole!

Came to the comments for this😂.I don't think it's 30kg each. Should be about 15-17 kg each. I don't think he has the build to lift up 30kg each on both hands (60kg) at once. From squat position upwards😱, that would have been dreadful to lift for someone of his build!
