This is such a useful series! I’m really appreciating the step-by-step, not too dense approach.

This is such a great breakdown series! Mark Wildman doesn't leave much to mess up with this, its just up to you to follow as best you can. I have personally revisited my technique and have been wishing I had all this when I started. Never too late to try to improve though. Please continue to do the great work you've always done, MW! 👍

Looks like a great exercise to combine the past few lessons into something that builds endurance and rep count. Thanks again for this series, I can see it restructuring my program soon.

Another great step in the series. Thank you for helping so many of us get into Kettlebells and Clubs at home. BTW, totally off topic from this video, but I definitely recommend you check out the new movie "Prey." About 3 minutes into the movie, a main character is seen *running off trail while holding something.* I saw that and thought, "Hey, I know a guy on KZfaq who recommends that."

It’s on my list. I saw that there is a Commanche dub version as well on insta. So… super fun.

Great to add this swing hand change back in after teaching the arm-to-body position within the cleans. The difference between the two is a great visual. I reckon these videos make it easier for people to pass on info to friends and family with that learn-by-teaching consolidation. You've really added the structure of the subject matter for learning which is fantastic. Any chance your illustrator/graphic designer who made the new nerd math (end screen?) might create another pic? Thinking x3 side profiles of you in in front of each other...one doing swing, one doing clean and one doing snatch, with the bell at the top and a trail of the Bell's path/trajectory as a dotted line of how it got there for example? Would make a great poster too, that could be on the wall of KB studios 🤔

In watching these new tutorials I am starting to see what i am doimg wrong, also how much of the basics i dont know. For quite a while i have been wanting to get a 16kg KB, to start the next step up, but now i realise how much my technique needs improving, which should be done on the lighter weights first.

Thank you for recognizing that doing the non dominant hand first is valuable, this is how I do it and my coaches in everything seem to be opposite. Yeah once I train my left, my right usually just gets it. Do you know if there is any research to back this up? I’d love to read / share, thanks!

Hey Mark - would you consider redoing your KB single breath/double breath technique video ? - perhaps applying it to a range of grind / ballistic exercises . TY

I got a golfers elbow inflammation three years ago as I raised my kettlebell volume after training for years, that unfortunately still persists today. I am pretty sure it came from the backward rotation of the thumb between the legs during swings, what I haven’t done before to this time in combination of the increased training load. What do you think about that, Mark, leads the thumb rotation to a higher load for the tendons at the medial epicondyle?

Great videos Wildman! When using double kettlebells, what is your opinion on using a 33mm handle in one hand and a 35mm in the other?
