She came from a very large close-knit family.. it was like being married to 200 people..Once was enough! I've worked with guys who were on their second, third and fourth marriages, not this guy, Best wishes to you!!

When Kramer said that we all stopped eating and looked at her. My dad was trying to stifle his laughter and my mom was fuming.

The best part is not in this clip. When George goes to Jerry's apt. to tell him he is getting married. Then Jerry explains to George he is not into the whole marriage thing anymore. Its the best part because that is when you see the enthusiasm leaving George's face.

Ive lived with a couple different women and its just too exhausting after awhile. Everything is a 70/30 split her way to keep her happy. You have to have been in a relationship and get out of it to fully understand.

Kramer’s ‘how was your day’ bit is so accurate. It feels like such a forced and trite way to start a conversation, especially if you don’t feel like talking. You end up just repeating sequences of empty conversations just for the sake of it.

and if the truth is that your day was terrible, just like yesterday, it isn't really acceptable to just sit there and whine and complain about it. She isn't interested in that, that's not what she has you for, and she will leave you if you don't bury it inside and put on a brave face. She, of course, is free to whine and complain as much as she wants, and it is your job to try to make her feel better, and if you don't do a decent job of that, you are now in trouble

When I was younger I could not tolerate Kramer as totally unrealistic buffoon. But then I realised that he ties the whole show together, and the actor, Michael Richards, is out of this world genius. Jerry just delivers his lines, Michael lives his role.

he's actually an awesome actor, he could have gone on to be like a serious dramatic star if not for two problems 1. he was forever typecast as the buffoon, so famous that nobody could ever 'unsee' it with him in other roles and 2. he completely destroyed his career by channelling the KKK in a standup set that went viral

Relationships obviously work best when you're both pulling in the same direction and are compatible on your interests. Too many people look only at superficial sexual chemistry. I am happily married and going on 25 years with two great kids and a beautiful wife...BUT, Kramer absolutely nails it with his description of marriage, lol...I think what has made mine possible is I am an Engineer for a defense contractor and work LONG hours.
