Please it is an urgent, if you can reply me, What of if you are a ghanaian living in another country, married there you have a Marriage Certificate over there, And they ask you to bring attest documents from ghana Shows that you are a bachelor, And also shows that You are married to your current wife, Can they process it for you even if you're not over there, If yes what kind of process have you supposed to go through?
