Hi ma, please can you do all three; taditional, marriage under the ordinance and christian marriage? And you said one can take the court certificate and sign it during the white wedding in church if i got it right please?

Yes u can do the three. If the church is registered the court gives the church the certificate to give u. If the church is not registered then u can negotiate with the registerer to give u a special license and come to the church with the certificate. In that case the registerer shd be there while u sign it

No pls. Both of u must be there to sign the certificate. He can go for the bann of notice but the certificates No.

So after the 21days,when we sign the certificate with our witnesses, is that the marriage certificate? 2.Is it important to exchange rings there? 3.can we just go home and assume we are married?

1. Yes you get the marriage certificate 2. Yes it is important, that is if you are not going to have a church wedding 3. If you have already done the customary marriage, yes you are married. NB. Don’t do the court one without sound the customary (home) one.

@@hamdiyaabubakari2794 alright. Pls marriage is when two families sit down, the man pays a bride price to the lady’s father, he accepts and then hands her daughter over to him. If this does not happen, there is no marriage even if u go to court. Thank you dear ❤️
