I only found out that marvin gaye's what's going on album is a socially consicious album this year. I decided to listen to the full album today and I'm blowin away by the songs that this icon wrote because they are so relevant to today's situations🤧.Its like he predicted the future😳🥺I'm also glad that Rolling Stones magazine called this album the greatest album ever made♥.

This tragic situation that recently happened in Uvalde, Texas is what brought me to this prophetic song by the late, great Marvin Gaye. And the words of this song is more relevant than ever. I have this album from 1972. I still listen to it once in a while. My mother loved Mercy, Mercy, Me, The Ecology. She passed on from Bone Cancer on 12/22/2006. I know she is in Heaven now and asking Marvin to sing this song. May God Be with you ALL OVER THE WORLD!

Imagine was a nice song when I was an 11 year old. As I got older I see all the holes and bs in the song. Marvin Gaye has always been on that other level, favorite artist since I was 19.

It's not an inevitability. It's the world's destiny ONLY if we don't do anything about it. What do we do about it? We all have to do our individual part to help the collective. Fix yourself (your portion of the world), like MJ said, look at The Man In The Mirror. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
