Masala Pattice Pav
Ingredients :
Masala peti pav
For aloo masala :
Take a pan add
Oil - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
Fn ch green chilly - 1 tbsp
Saute till light golden colour.
Fn ch Curry leaves - 1 string or 1/2 tbsp
Saute well.
Then add
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Boiled & mashed potato -3 no
Fn ch mint leaves - 8-10
Fn ch coriander - 2 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Mix well.
Let it cool down and then add lemon juice and mix well.
For garlic chutney :
Take a mixer jar and add
Kashmiri red chilly powder-1/4 cup
Garlic cloves -1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Garam masala -1 tsp
Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Water -1/3 cup
Make chutney and take out in bowl.
Take aloo masala and grease hand with oil and make peti or tikki. Take non stic pan and add oil to saute tikki. Both side saute till light golden colour.
Take pav and cut into between.
Heat pan and add butter , garlic chutney and roast pav into the pan.
To assemble masala peti pav:
Take a plate
Put masala pav , put tikki , tomato slice , chaat masala , onion slice , chaat masala , grated cheese.
Serve hot with ketchup.
