That's when you have to keep your chin high and look at the positives in life. Either it be your God jus rolled over really adorably or your kid jus laughed the most adorable laugh ever or even the twinky that it took that man the entire zombie land movie to find. I have mental health problems myself. I have schizophrenia, partial autism, anger issues, bipolar, depression, and not to mention PTSD from the mental and physical abuse from my mom and her boyfriend, teachers, other kids and other adults because im blind in my left eye and i keep it closed. So I know that even though you have these problems you are still beautiful and amazing and so is Mass Of Man

Please don't ever chose to leave man... Even for me, who never met you, it would be a big loss. As a retired Marine who has been injured and dealing with not being who I once was physically, I can say I am still all man in every other regard. Physical is just a thing. I hope you keep being you, find your happy place, and live a long a happy healthy life. If you are trying to lose weight, pain is temporary and push through. Thanks for making a difference.

I grew up always working In Factories since 16yrs old ,and trying to deal with Mental & Body Health was always an issue ,and the depression while growing up didn't help from self-harming thoughts of my own life an my anger ,but I had to choose one thing either be happy ,and have pills or alcohol used as a patch job or take a stand against my problems. I chose to take a stand against my Weight ,Mental health ,and my outlook on life to be better than I was. Most men won't let others know bout something until it's too late. So as always Whenever someone tries to put you down to make themselves feel better just goes to show your happier and healthy in mind & body. Stay Focused on that Mental/Body Health everyone!

For almost 2 months now, I have been walking at a local park for my mental health. When I started walking, I would listen to your music, and it helped me work through some of my many traumas. I love your music. Even though some of the songs deal with some pretty heavy content, it helps me think through things while walking to try and get past the things I have been through. I feel you bro. This song hits hard. I've struggled with addiction my whole life and I understand deep down that the food will never comfort me the way I want it to but its the only control I have. No one understands how easy it is to get a fix of fast food to make yourself 10 minutes happier and then be right back to square one when the dopamine is gone. Although I know what you mean, and really wish I could bring myself to eat better, and I easily gain, I now easily keep myself physically active enough to keep my girth to a minimum. For me the best move for ALL my various issues in life, has been to move away from cities and stressful life full of fake ideals and social pressure. Health, wealth, quality of social life, mental health, all got better the more I disconnected. Out in the countryside you connect with neighbours on a different plane, and you are rarely met with any hostility from anyone. The best move of my life was to leave my northern home country and move south to a sunnier weather and happier social climate. The cheaper living really takes a lot of stress away too! ¡Arriba!

I feel like this everyday and have my entire life. I could vent but in the end it doesn't do a thing. I can try to change and that fails in comparison to the pain and darkness inside that will never end. Just listening to this makes me feel understood..

Amazing Song. I have been there and thought I would always be in that place. But by miracle of miracles, I got out of that struggle. I still have to fight with it occasionally, but I am happy to say I am no longer surrounded by darkness every day. I just wanted to say it is possible to get to a good place, and even if you don't that doesn't make you a failure. No matter where your journey goes I hope everyone who made this and reads this knows that someone is proud of how far you have come. It might not seem like you have come that far but I am still proud of you. I hope you all find what you need out in this hard world.

This song hits right in the heart and soul...had an ex who felt this way because of a number things, including depression and unhappiness, and they had a sustance abuse problem that caused our relationship to end and I did try to help whenever I could but it wasn't enough. They are getting the professional help that they need and I hope that they can build themselves back up and go forward with their life.
