6:24 Snarlmane is from the campaign. He's one of the overpowered creeps you have to fight as Kael'thas on the first mission of the blood elf campaign. He's guarding the final observatory that you have to repair to complete the mission. Interesting they put him here.

i see, it is interesting tho, he shouldn't be here since this is a melee and have nothing to do with campaign, melee map having a level of unit that's above 10 is kinda cursed to me idk why, they might as well put Flesh Golem level 11 into a dalaran themed map, or put Zergling and Hydralisk (SC2 units) as a normal creep units, lol or put naga units into a sunken ruins themed maps as normal creep units

This is actually a very interesting map where you can actually see the map border in the playable area. More often than not, the borders of the map have a layer of trees.

Seeing opponents amassing heavy air armies and overwhelming your allies. Peasant reaction: immediately build bestiaries, switch to mass bats/raiders, go 80 pop GOAT reaction: not my problem, my job is tauren production. Also, I stay below 50. Dcow, get spieks lvl 2. And bats. Here's 69 gold and a heal ward. ggwp. *flies away on awesomeness*

IDK if Taurens are strong because it's 2 Grubby videos now that he lost with Taurens. To be honest, rather than a Tier 2 sidegrade for Taurens, I wanted them to be an even stronger Tier 3. Like give them a new passive like Knights had with Sundering Blades. Even with the Walkers - Tauren synergy, they still feel bad. Or yeah maybe they just got hard countered by Gryphons in this game's case.

this is team game and not rly accurate representation of taurens. he went taurens to compliment team but enemy countered with air. he said theyneeded frontline but with so much air obviously taurens arent going to cut it he relied on team but they didnt rly pull their weight respectfully. i think in 1v1 and a match where taurens + casters/walkers are good it would be wild

first 3 minutes Grubby is talking about strategy - who needs taurens when you have 3 Bladem. and 3 TCs in the front row 🙂 .. and 6 illusions 🙂 .. well, illusions get detected and eliminated by spells 😞 6:21 the holy lvl1 🙂 7:03 heart rate rising "Where's my shredder?" - Killed by ninja turtles. 7:35 - 10:14 brutal long survival fight "I think we're holding." 11:17 taurens vs raiders vs townhall .Grubby: "Nice try buddy" 13:00 raiders returning and destroying townhall 14:17 next raiderattack vs fortress (successful defend) 16:03 human army invadind grubbybase. 19:21 small decisive battle, a needtowin. "I'm surprised we won this." 20:29 21:17 resurrecting two fallen taurens 24:28 "They have too many bases" Grubby said that earlier in the first half of the game somewhere, too. 28:47 nice last lvl-up for TC but 28:55 "They have too many bases. It's over." - he said it a third time. 29:05 It wasn't Grubby's fault. 🙂 - 29:35 "I can't beat two humans with gryphons."

since when did warcraft 3 melee maps had level 11 creeps? was that in the frozen throne too? or did it get introduced in reforged? side note: humans are so strong, these 4v4 games don't end well so far, are humans balanced?

It’s hard to go melee in 4v4 because you really have to just be the meat with no damage and cant really do much without your allies. Maybe just hh into some taurens with tc with stomp would be better into docs

Spirit link is really bad in big team fights, except you have lots of healing and scrolls. Everything gets down to 1 hp very quick

Yeah 3 Orc cannot go all bats. Still a very nice game to watch regardless. Would love to see massive abominations in battle like back in the days for 4's. GG.

Hey Grubby I am watching a lot of your content on twitch, thanks so much for your great attitute and blazing content Just wanted to say that I am personally glad you stopped playing mobas. That is a purely personal thing, since I think its extremely boring to observe. However what I also have noticed is that your chat community has changed during that time you played mobas. I think your chat community on twitch is amazing. Thoughtful, smart and humorous with their way and especially jokes. However during your moba time I felt like it became more toxic and less enjoyable. One thing I have never seen before in your chat for example is, that some people started boo-ing out things. I started reading frequent comments like "Warcraft 3 sucks, when do you play dota / League / ...."

It's pretty standard. The general idea is that you're not going to interfere with their micro, but you might help with saving their workers during attacks, allocating spells, rallying units. With shared control, grubby was able to hand out some anti magic shells, give the other TC a spare evasion, and rally stray shaman back to its army.

Yo grubster. Iv told u this before but i guess you didnt read the message. Im aure u get alot so disnt see it. 27 minutes into the game and your far seer har teli staff, town portal and lightning orb. Tc had lightning orb too, health stone and health potion and mana amulet. Not ok. First of all you had no need for the lightning orbs this game. U wernt going kodos so war drums woulda been an acceptable item. Brilliance aura, bone chimes, war drums. Dks aura. Whatever thats called lol hp increase +300 or mana increase +200. Or honestly even devine aura. U have 6 open slots and the lightning orbs not being there would have added another 2. At 27 minutes you walked by the middle shot and didnt even check it. Could be cuz u didnt have money or you were busy but point is ur not even thinking of these things. In a 4v4 especially when 3 of you are orc, you guys probably dont have most auras and focusing on them is super important because they affect 4 armys essentially and if 5 auras are affecting even 250 food worth of troops you are going to win for sure. PLZZZ think about what i just said and consider them for you next 3v3 4v4 matches and how they will affect the outcome. Much love. Big fan forever. ❤

Yeah dawg as an orc you definitely need 100% the orbs in your heroes 4v4 and he didn’t check the mid camp because he had no gold.

At this point I'd honestly think throwing ensnares on gryphons is a better method than bats. It was looking like an average three bats to kill one gryphon. Another way of looking at it is, one holy light instantly deleted two batriders, that's value on par with charm and transmute. And staff does the same again.

@@ambion19 bats only work against massed light air units like copters gargs and hippos And other bats I guess. They are better as a super mobile siege unit imho Their explode function is secondary/complimentary to that

@@zachariastsampasidis8880 but the most consistent usage for bats is their aa, intended that way or otherwise. And design wise, if a siege units secondary role is still a race's most reliable-ish method, then that looks like a design problem. Like we don't see humans dependant on the siege engine barrage upgrade as the only way to sort of deal with air, that'd be ridiculous

@@ambion19 I wouldn't say that bats are the best way to go anti air as orc. Headhunters exist. Raiders and wind riders to some extent also exist. Bats can be a good or the best anti air solution in certain cases but I wouldn't use bats vs heavy air

@@zachariastsampasidis8880 I think we can fairly discount raiders and wind riders, we agree they're incidentally capable of fighting air but they don't reliably excel at it, not in the way that gargoyles, copters and dragonhawks, and hippogryphs when you start comparing to other races. That just leaves headhunters, which every time they come up, become a game of 'oh I lost one, if I lose another it's basically gg'. Even in this 4v4 madness Grubby said something to that effect. You need so many headhunters as orc to counter enemy air superiority, but every individual troll in that army is both essential and fragile. Then you look at berserker upgrades and it unlocks the power to become even more fragile.
