"Massage both points behind the jaw", yes I understand that. Wonderful. Should it be done before the big 5 as I have begun to do that the last few times? I'm so excited to have learned this after all these years. Thank you so much 🎉

Forgive my ignorance, i am genuinely interested and curious. What does this do exactly? What is it's purpose? How do i look stuff up about this?

Thanks for the explanation, so if the mentioned node in the video has become enlarged, what would be the reason for it please?
@Rekct223 ай бұрын
‼️ I’m not a Dr ‼️ but enlarged lymph nodes could be a sign of infection, when you become ill your lymph nodes become swollen, if it’s always enlarged, I’d encourage you to get it checked out by a medical professional.
@sbocaj223 ай бұрын
To add to reply above sometimes enlarged lymph nodes are total normal. Keyword SOMETIMES. I had strep several times growing up and then mono in 2014 and have had enlarged lymph nodes ever since. They get bigger when I’m sick, but they are always bigger than the average persons. Just wanted to throw that out there also. Definitely go get it checked by a dr if you are able tho

Many reasons. One is infection. Two is a poorly functioning and neglected lymphatic system
