Started with 45masters program... Just started mass builder, 2 weeks in. It's intense. Eating and sleeping has to be on point. Getting bigger and stronger, and no hint of injury, unlike my own programming that I was trying for 30+ years. Thanks Brian.

Haven't even watched the vid yet. Purchased the progam first, then I'll watch after work. Not sure how much "mass" I'll put on at 51, but they're great programs and fun! Thanks Brian!

I was hoping this one would be the next one. Currently doing the Ben Pollack "back to the gym" program but will purchase this when that is done. For anyone on the fence, I have bought brians "back to the gym" and PowerBuilder and can recommend them.

Thank you for this. I just bought it and looks tremendous. Now would you recommend doing some priming/conditioning in the beginning of the workouts in addition to the conditioning at the end or will that be to much? I feel like I know the answer but the input from you sir will probably reassure me and motivate me more.

Hey Brian- As a rugby player, I spend most of the year in-season/training. Which of your last 3 programs (Massbuilder/4horsemen/powerbuilder) would you recommend most? I've got ideas of how to adjust the program to fit my schedule, I'm just curious which you'd think I should purchase

Hello Brian My favorite exercises are Trap bar block pulls Barbell overhead Press Farmers walks Stone carry's Sandbag carry's And heavy barbell back squats like 3x3 is that okay

I actually got the four horseman and the mass builder. Got into acar accident a few weeks ago and excited to get back into the game. A month ago I made a comment saying I emailed you and you said to try again. I did, maybe I did something wrong. I won't worry about it yet as I'm slowly getting back into it. I'll stick with these two till I'm ready to start training again. I was training for a strongman competition but after the accident I just need rest. I'm well now, just still tired, but I'm taking walks. Do you plan on doing strength programs with just bands? I'm moving so alot of my stuff except my bands are in storage.
