magic ufo controller $40
Sloan 8 led pack $25
5/16 acrylic rod 8 rods $16
The master spa lights are over $500
that has a photo cell that comes on when dark. the magic ufo can be programed with app to turn on and off when you would like.
The master spa is only blue. This was you can choose any color you like.
The app can control the ufo controller from anywhere b/c its connected to the internet.

Thanks for the video! I’m thinking about doing this for my Master Spa. Did you have to extend the LED wires from the Sloan box? From the specs online, it doesn’t look like the wires are long enough to reach the corners on an 8-foot tub. Also, where did you get the power for your UFO controller? Did you run separate power wires into the tub?

The magic ufo controller provides the 12v dc power.

@@alanl2110 Nothing into the balboa. The magic ufo is independent of the lighting inside the spa.

Working awsome. The magic ufo controls the led lights, it 12v dc power. I would imagine you would run led strips.

Where did you get the rods? I believe they need to be 31 inches

@@markgilbertson5890I found the rods at estreetplastics. they shipped me 10 rods for $25.85. 5/16" dia. x 35 7/8" long - Clear Extruded Acrylic Rod

Ok, taking on this project. I ordered the acrylic rods, and two of the Sloan quad kits. I see the UFO controller, I'll get that too... but where did you get the 12v power from to connect to the pos/neg terminal on the UFO controller? Is the power coming from the hot tub somewhere, or is it ran to an outlet? Thanks! @@johnnyrizzo8057

Does it void your warranty since it’s not lights from the manufacturer? Asking because if it doesn’t cause an issue with the warranty, then I’d like to do the same

It shouldn't. Your not touching anything that the factory installed.

johnny where did you wire this into the spa? I want to run this around the base rail so the floor is lit up similar to what you are doing. Mine is a master spa. Did you regret any of your choices?
