I identify so much with the anxiety thing. I had been a semi athlete doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu all during my teens and 20s but at 30 I developed health anxiety. I still lift and do BJJ but running does so much to calm me in a way those don't. Running is so good for us and i used to hate it when I wrestled etc. Andrew Glaze inspires.

What I love most about Andrew is that he is not trying to teach you or sell you anything. He is kinda just like - here is my journey, take it or leave it. I personally love it. Him and his wife are just a beautiful inspirational couple.

He is so right about exercise helping anxiety and mental health! I struggled with bulimia for a few years and exercise saved my life! And now I’ve found an obsession with running and it changes me every day and every mile I run!

Glaze is the man. Ran with him on his birthday for a bit and he is a genuinely kind and fun dude. Doesn't take himself too seriously and just loves to put the work in.

I have followed Glaze for about a year now and his wife. I relate so much to Andy with the PTSD and the constant wanting to feel the physical side of exercise. I am not to his level, but one day I plan to get there. Inspiring to see more of his story

Love this. I got into Ultras via Spartan races. I've only done 2 but now hooked. I still get so nervous and wondering how to get past the nerves....also how to get past the shitty parts. I love that he mentioned that the shitty is temporary.
