It's funny that the kids didn't get the metaphor of sweat and blood being put into the cake meaning that she just worked extremely hard and did gruesome effort to make it, rather than actual sweat and blood being inside of the cake. Try imagining that.

Oh my god, Miss Trunchball is making Bruce Bogtrotter eat the whole chocolate cake all in one go because she was telling him to have more chocolate cake then have it all so the next thing Bruce Bogtrotter got very full by eating the whole lot of chocolate cake and I wouldn't be doing the same thing like that by eating so much cake. Miss Trunchball is absolutely annoying because she shouts towards the children, she forced Bruce Bogtrotter to have the whole chocolate cake and he didn't want any of it.
