But what is it’s matrix form? Does it have a matrix form ? Is the analyst deus ex machina?

There is no known form that It occupies that we know about, but in my opinion as far as I understand If agents which are viruses inside The Matrix can hijack people's bodies and take them as their own, then Deus Ex Machina can create any form that it wants. It can be anything and nothing at the same time because It controls the entire system. It can choose to spectate and watch what happens inside The Matrix from The Outside or It can interfere when ever it see's the need. As It said to Neo at the end of the 3rd part "We Don't Need You, We Don't Need Nothing." But It eventually let him fight at the end. Also many say that Deus Ex Machina is a Hive Mind and that its not just One Entity, but many AI's that share one network of concioussnes that is connected in the same singularity of thought, which i disagree I think its the One Entity with one mind that has the ability to replicate its concioussnes and posses and occupy any machine that it wants.

Also I think that without Machina Neo wouldn't have reseted the Matrix but he would've been asimulated like everyone else. I think that as Matrix Explained said once that Neo could also be a machine I think that Machina helped Neo throughout the whole ordeal.. but that is just my theory.

I've always thought that this thing was the bearded guy or architect.

The only thing the Trainman does when he's outside the train station is shoot at the protagonists _like a coward and run._ It makes sense. Morpheus is now powerful enough to hold his own against upgraded agents. Aside from that one specific zone, the Trainman is not shown to have any capacity to engage anyone in hand-to-hand combat. So I think it's safe to say the Twins _are_ stronger everywhere that isn't the Trainman's specific pocket zone. If he was stronger, the Merovingian would certainly use him as an enforcer like the Twins and not just a jailer.

@@damonadams9640 if i remember correctly she was a program created by 2 other programs who felt a connection for one another in other words these 2 programs fell in love and their love created a program with characteristics of both their codesn named sati. in other words they literally procreated sati. sati was supposed to be deleted but her parents rescued her from deletion by exiling her into the matrix.

The Architect said that Neo was irrevocably human. I dont think they meant Neo. They said "The integral anomaly". They seem to regard the anomaly as a program that Neo wields. Kinda like saying that the infinity gauntlet is powerfull and showing Thanos snapping.
