Mavic Mini explores quarantined beach Siesta Key

Mavic Mini flys over Covid-19 quarantined beach. This was a great time for a beach flight to explore the area, and not have to fly over any people!

Once again nice job. Had one of my mini out yesterday sat on the porch and flew it over to my friends house he lives about 3000 feet away. I called him on my wife phone and told him his yard needed to be cleaned up. Lol.

I've watched tons of drone videos to do research before a purchase and yours are by far the most instructive for real-flight. Your narrative is super helpful; combined with the chest go pro and the screen recording, your videos cover all the angles. Thank you and keep 'em coming!!

In 1953 I spent one summer with an Aunt and Uncle who lived in Sarasota on Orchid St between the Tamiami Trail and Osprey Av. Other neighborhood boys and I would ride bikes over to Siesta Key and have the beaches pretty much all to ourselves especially on weekdays. No other adults, no lifeguards, no worries. What a time to be a kid! Also spent my honeymoon in 1962 at a motel/hotel on Siesta Key. Not a whole lot of them there at that time. Thanks for taking me on a trip down memory lane. At least the beaches in you video look pretty much the same.

Just want to say thank you for sharing these videos. I suffer with stress quite a lot and genuinely find your videos help me calm down and relax. I think it's mainly due to the calm nature of how you present them and the beautiful locations. Please keep making them.

You can switch modes just by touching it on the screen without going to settings.

I love your videos! The narration is perfect, not over the top. I'm new to drones. I have a Ryze Tello now, but I'm going to upgrade to the the Mavic Mini as soon as I can. Cheers from Maine!

Thank you for sharing your footage. I enjoyed the narrative too. I absolutely LOVE my mavic mini! I love it so much i even gave it a name! As a beginner to the drone world i was looking at investing in the Mavic Zoom...but my intuition told me to wait. And when October 2019 came and they announced the mavic mini....it was like my prayers were answered. The mavic mini is like a semi pro drone that is the size of your cellphone or hand, that capture really nice footage at half the price of a pro drone and super easy to operate! I live in Florida too and I love taking coast line footage! Keep posting more adventures, especially when we have moments like these.

I don't know if you read these with how many you must be getting every day but if you do read this, I must tell you something. Your drone videos are a main reason I bought my 1st drone. After 2 months of research almost looking at drone videos every day and night when I had time, your videos show me more than most. Because of this channel and your hard work, I bought the DJI Mavic Air 2 for my 1st Drone. After 3 weeks with it, I've captured some amazing stuff. Thank you for showing how much fun it is to own a good drone.

That's really cool! I have family on Siestas or did. My grandparents way back in the day. My cousin and I moved there in 1985. He stayed on to become a pretty successful contractor building many of the condos along ocean ave. I still try to go down in January every year and hang out to get over the Ohio winter. Love the white sand and environment. Just such a beautiful location in everyway ! Just purchased the mavic mini looking forward to getting some cool footage as well. Great post thanks

Nice video of Siesta key Beach, I use to live in Sarasota back in the middle - late 70's now I'm in Kansas and I really miss that area. Love all your beautiful photography, keep up the great work.

I love your videos. Thanks man. I got a Mini and have only flown it several times. I've never ventured more than about 250metres as I'm a bit concerned. I can't wait to have a flight like yours.
