Don’t put all your money. If he feels the needs to tell us that he needs to carefully put on ten pounds. There is serious doubt in his mind which leads to hesitation. How do you need to carefully put on ten pounds when literally every weigh in for every fight he had at 145 he pushes his body to its limits and was on the brink of death.

RIP Akira Toriyama ever since I heard the news last night I’ve been pretty down.. he got me into martial arts and why I love Muay Thai, he got me into working out to look like a Saiyan. I’ll miss him and will thank him for everything his shows, games, different manga have taught me. Dragon Ball truly had a cultural impact around the world that even he didn’t think would happen in the first place since it was just a gag manga back in the day

I like the partial reps from 5:30-7:15, I would also suggest trying these focused more at the bottom portion of both lifts. You will build truly invincible joints this way too.
