MISS MY 2008 DTS N 1998 DEVILLE,, HAD TO LET EM GO N UPGRADETO TECHNOLOGY N TWIN TURBO,2017 CT6 3.0TT PLATINUM AWD, 22"RIMS, CAT BACK MAGNAFLOW, ROAR PEDAL THROTTLE CONTROL. 430HP NO TUNE YET. SKAR GOT SALE BOUT 2 COOP FULL AUDIO UPGRADE FOR MY 2020 REDEYE HELLCAT CHALLENGER.

Hey bro got the same ones in my Civic. Give you a advice, if you switch both of them to 2 ohm instead of 1. You get 800 per channel, which is 1600 through both, which will also max out that amps power. I got mine slapping hard af.

The subs are rated 600 w RMS, not 800 w RMS. Advice like yours is how subwoofers die faster

@@lolllllll changing the ohm is the right way to go. Over powering the wrong ohms is what blows speakers. Maybe you should do a bit more research.

@@dheasley2 wrong, those subs are wired to 1 ohm from the manufacturer, and I assure the manufacturer knows their equipment better than some guy on KZfaq claiming he does 🖕😁

@@lolllllll correct!! 12s and 10s of SDR models are at 1200 watts peak and 600 rms and pre-wired at 1 ohm from manufacturer.

If you want air movement all you need is more cone area, cone area is more important than output when it comes to moving air

So heres the thing alot of people dont get for one are you looking to be loud as possible or balance out your sound If you wanna be as loud go with 2ohm dvc wire it down to 1ohm if you want quality sound get 4ohm and if you have an amp powerful enough u can wire it to 8ohm rather than 2ohm

I bought the prefab 2x10” and the SKv2 1500.1d was that a good choice or should I have gone to the rp 1200? And will I need to mostly get an upgrade to my wiring or atleast a small battery in my trunk for the skv 1500 I drive a 2021 Camry XSE and I don’t wanna mess it up whatsoever

Get rp1200....1500 little too much for your subs.
