Great demonstration. What is the altered fork measurement in relation to the lowered rear? Different makes of bikes will have different geometry/rake so the relative measured formula will be different as well. Thanks for any correspondence.

I thought the forks were supposed to be slid up the same amount the rear gets lowered? If I ever ride mine/I gotta replace the seat with an old Sportster seat or even a solo seat. I'm not paying 340.00 for a 50.00 seat.

I wish you would have done a free measurement at the bike in like three different places. And then do a post measurement of how much the bike actually dropped.

I’m not exactly sure I think it was one or 1 1/2 inches but it is adjustable and can go down a little farther.

After installing the Koubalink, my chain was still in spec at 50-55 mm.

@@Maxsmotoshop Man, I can't break that 17 mm bolt to get started. Wrench keeps sliding off. It's super tight.

@@Maxsmotoshop Thanks man! I did exactly that! $7 solution, but not before I shredded my forearm on the chain. I used my right foot on the other wrench to keep the 14 mm side from spinning. I torqued the lower bolts to spec, but could not fit the torque wrench to the top ones. I am really happy with the height now. Lowered the forks after a few days.
