Went to the doctor because of stabbing pains on my middle left side. Couldn't breathe deeply or cough or sudden movement without that stabbing pain. I was slightly embarrassed to discover that it was air trapped in my stomach. He essentially "burped" me by pressing under the rib quite hard. The pain was gone after that. Told me to eat slowly.

I have more of the non cardiac symptoms that's a bit comforting

oh my goodness. I literally have had this for a few months now I sometimes get random little “pains” (doesn’t even hurt I just feel something) and it’s either like a stab or just a feeling idk how to describe it but it lasts for about 3 seconds. It’s honestly so annoying and my anxiety makes it worse my parents are gonna take me to the doctor because they want me to understand everything is fine

Ever since yesterday I've had quick, momentary chest pains. They're not strictly in one spot, but I get them often near either armpits, under my breast, and low centered. Sometimes even more toward my back. They scare me, but they dont feel deep, and I havent had heart palpations or squeezing. They come and go, but even rn I feel them in random but seemingly particular spots. I went to the doc yesterday but he gave me little help. His only possibility was Chest Catch, but I can breathe perfectly ok without pain.

I've been waking up from chest pains lately and my arms get stiff too, it's like a cramp if sorts. I do not have shortness of breath and once I get up, sit up straight it goes away. I only get those while I'm asleep though and that's weird 😕 I've got high BP, take meds for it, I've got GERD and some other digestive issues, take meds for it and I have anxiety and also take meds for it. So I'm kind of concerned 😟 but I ended up in the ER before with chest pains, thinking I was going to die and it turned out I was low on potassium and most likely a panic attack. So I've been there, done that, but this is different and I will get it checked out if it doesn't go away. Better safe than sorry 😞

I have chest pain that lasts for only a few seconds, it can happen on the left side or on the right side of my chest. Most of the time I can point to where the pain is.

I've been having chest pain also and when I went to the doctors; they said my chest is fine and although, based on the ECG scan my heart rate was pretty fast and irregular at times, they said that it was down to lack of iron in my body which doesn't make sense to me because, the pain is in my chest to obviously it's cause by something a lot more serious! I'm scared to go to the doctors again but, I HAVE to!!😭 no one in my family has any chest problems (as far as I know) so it's weird that I've experienced this

Ambulance calls are highly expensive and insurance usually will not pay it. People are afraid to all for help.

I get a random jolt of pain in the left side of chest. Pain only lasts 1-2 seconds, but it hurts enough to stop me in my tracks if I'm walking. This happens at random, sometimes I'm laying down or sitting, or walking. No clue what is going on.

Ive had a sore throat and chest on my right side for 2 months but no cough and now and again and I would bring up jelly with black bits and the pain goes into my shoulders the pain would go away for a couple of days then come back. I was convinced it was lung cancer because I'm a heavy smoker and I smoke a lot of weed which then made me have bad anxiety its so sore deep into the right lung. I got rushed into hospital had x ray and blood tests and they couldn't find anything they put it down to acid reflux and anxiety I did have high sugar levels which I have to follow up with my doctor. 2 days after the hospital the soreness has come back going to change my diet and quit smoking and hope I start to get better soon. If anyone else has had these symptoms please comment as I don't know what else to do

I had a stabbing like chest pain in left and right side, and shortness of breath. My ecg was abnormal, then my cardiologist directed to do echo, treadmill test and holter monitor test, but all are normal, so what is the problem?

Just got back from a ambulance and hospital trip . mine was non cardiac but my heart was racing for no reason after a few days of random flashes of pain . thankfully im ok . i smoked cigarettes but quit 3 weeks earlier so when this hit i was like it aint the smokes . took it easy for one day after the second scary time . that night did nothing almost and bam then the last one had me go in to get checked the last one moved in my chest and had me almost on my knees and had me terrified for my life . tests all clear relieved but still sort of doubting the doctor that its all ok for the worst possible heart attack , blood clot , etc . LOL talking with lyft driver same issue pain ( his was congestion ??? ) but no danger in the end of immediate death . DO NOT TAKE ANY >>> CHEST PAIN AS NOTHING . get checked out it could be a warning .

Yeah all the signs say its serious but when I ask the doctor, they do an ekg and tell me nothing is wrong. I get the pain in my chesr that radiates and both arms go numb. Happend at least 6 times . Tachacardia with chestpain and low blood pressure. 75 over 65. They always say Im finw and Im tired of being sent home for it. So i quit.

I have sharp quick (less than 5 seconds) stabbing pain above and to the left of my left breast. They happen every half hour to 2 hours. Otherwise I feel fantastic. So. I dunno. Been going on for a day.

Same I had burning in my chest and a sharp pain in chest I would feel it on left or right side in it will be felt in my hard down to fingers and if I stretch my shoulders sometimes I would get a burning sensation in my upper back that would go down my arm to my fingers and my my little finger n ring finger numb n hurt I got two X-rays blood work ekgs eco n a 24 hour heart Monitor all they said was I had normal pvcs it wasn’t a lot so I don’t know what it is

Calling 911 and going to the ER here in the states cost about $5,000, THEN you will pay for Professional services which could be another $2,000 (e.g. a Cardiologist comes in, then a Gastroenterologist, others). About 20% of this falls to the patient (if you have coverage). If you have to stay overnight, that's going to cost about $10,000 on the light side. This is why I hate that most American's Health Insurance is tied to our Jobs. You get laid off or fired, you and your family could be in serious trouble. Just this month I stared having stabbing chest pains on my left side, where the heart is... for some reason. Don't know if it's because I don't sleep enough for months, or from me having anxiety/panic attacks. I though for a while had dizzy spells issues/am severely underweight, and anemic so I'm naturally pale. But this random few minutes tabbing chest pain like heart being cut with a knife type pain, is new to me! Should I be worried about this? What could this be?

i get this sharp stabbing feeling like right over my heart but its localized and i can pinpoint it. yet also recently i put my hand over my heart and felt an electrical shock which is abnormal since it never happened before. I’ve been smoking since 2019 & for over a month i’ve been having non cardiac symptoms more after I smoke weed mixed w grabba (dried tobacco leaf), even when i’m not smokin weed I still have little symptoms then i’d have some weird pains traveling from left chest to right chest then up to my neck, I had terrible acid reflux back in early april which consisted of me havin, nausea (didnt vomit), traveling back pain, bloated stomach pains & heart burns, I feel like eating junk+ smoking weed w dried tobacco leaf cause all of my current problems, I work out every single day and play ball, I just had a scan on my stomach bc I have little stomach pains as well I hope everything is alright with my insides

Well I fit the cardiac problem but have for over a week steady. Had ears sound like they went under water, vision went away and bounced around my house trying to get to a phone before it felt like everything was suctioned out of me then boom I hit the floor. All in ab 15 seconds. Ambulance took me to er to tell me I have anxiety. Exactly why I havent been back even with a blood pressure as high as 186/134 and hr well over 100. Anxiety. Right. It's getting worse by the night.

Plus they did two heart monitor tests found out I had possible pot syndrome where the blood pools in the legs and they said our last option was either heart being reset ablation or open heart surgery and pills did not work either

I have had chest tightness/a squeezing burning feeling about 2 inches North West of my left nipple for 10 days now. It's a fairly constant discomfort, but more recently I now and again I get a short sharp pain, sometimes when breathing deeply, but sometimes not to do with breathing deeply. I keep feeling short sharp or tingly feelings in legs, neck, arms, and I thought my left arm felt mildly numb for about 30minutes the other day. Any ideas what could be causing all this? I am at rest 95% of the time and exercise doesn't cause heightened pain. No history of cardio diseases. Never had by cholesterol checked though.

When I have gone to the emergency room they completely dismiss me and don’t pay attention to me it’s only been a couple times so I do have anxiety medication but I’m not going back to the hospital I would rather have a heart attack I’ll have everybody leave me alone so if you’re going to call 911 just know that your lige will be destroyed. This is coming from a former Red Cross and structure and all healthcare provider that has saved lives and was also arrested for trying to help a screaming Woman being attacked. I only got 911 if you really want to live and willing to be prosecuted for saving a loved ones life. It’s better to call 911 and then to call the police but I prefer to call the fire department if somebody is in distress. Anytime you have to talk to those you love and see what they want do they want to live and in what condition they will need to get a LivingWell and as much as your Person if their family is rich watch out because they will call adult protective services and they are very incompetent if you take somebody to the house for all that you love so much. Don’t call the voice they will they will shoot your child and yes I am Caucasian they will see your child they will arrest you and beat you up we’re trying to get her up to help this is called America

My pain started again, I have heartburn mostly not it ain’t that this time. It’s something different its like itchy pain then it goes and comes again. I have experienced sudden chest pain that lasted probably less than 10 seconds when I was dancing. I just got out of the hospital two weeks prior because of a dengue flu. With me is werd. So I get alot of pintched nevers on my back and between neck and shoulder. But for almost a year now maybe more I get chest pain but feels like nerves. Sometimes it starts around lower left side of left chest then it travels to center. Then at times I feel on right side. Doctors did EKG x-rays and they find nothing. They give me muscle relaxers and pain meds. It gos away but after a few weeks or days it comes back.

At first they thought I had afib and superventricular tachycardia and then they thought I had a blockage and a few other things then they said oh it's regular tachycardia then they said oh your fine and called me and my mom a liar about everything and that was the hospital and paramedics who said that

Im not sure what i am feeling...i did research and i am assuming its because of my sitting posture? Like if i leaned forward using my chest too much. I feel the pain when i lean forward after i discovered it & when i take a inhale deeply...there is a pain.
